Bioman becomes part of Bigadan

Going forward, Bioman will be known under the name Bigadan – legally as Bigadan Sourcing & Commodities. The merger took effect on August 19, 2025.

This change is part of a natural development in which we are consolidating our activities under one unified identity – Bigadan – to strengthen our brand and create even greater value for our customers and partners.

With this renaming and consolidation under a single identity, we also wish to signal that we now represent the entire value chain – from biomass, to gas for transport, to CO₂ storage. This ensures that, as partners, we offer a fully integrated value chain with secure offtake, process transparency, and full traceability.

• Our company registration number (CVR) will remain unchanged, but under the name Bigadan Sourcing & Commodities.
• Our banking details will remain unchanged.
• Your contact persons, products, and services will remain the same.
• Going forward, you will meet us under the name Bigadan in all communication and branding.
• When you receive correspondence from us, we will be known as Bigadan Sourcing & Commodities.
• From now on, please send your invoice to sc-invoice@bigadan.dk
