November 4 - Opening event at Horsens Bioenergi

Friday November 1, Bigadan and Horsens Bioenergi held an opening event to celebrate that the construction of the plant has begun.

The event included speeches by Vice-Mayor of Horsens, Hans Bang-Hansen, CEO of Horsens Bioenergi, Klaus D. Johansen, and CEO of Bigadan, Karsten Buchhave. Before a light meal was served for the invited guests, Mr Bang-Hansen and Mr Johansen inserted a golden bolt and nut in the first digester tank to celebrate that construction has begun, and Project Manager René Helbo gave a small tour of the building site.

Among the participants were neighbors to the plant, collaborators and Bigadan employees.
